South Armagh Farmers & Residents Committee

This community group organises in South Armagh, which nestles on the border between North & South of Ireland. Despite the signing of the Good Friday Agreement, the British government has done nothing to begin demilitarisation of the area.

Irish Northern Aid Committee

An American based humanitarian organization formed in 1970 to alleviate the suffering of the dependents of Irish political prisoners, open to men and women of all races, religions, and nationalities. Noraid publishes a weekly journal, The Irish People.

Cairde is a support group for Sinn Fein open to everyone in Ireland and around the world. Organised by Joe Reilly.

Garvaghy Road Residents Coalition

An umbrella group set up by the residents of the Catholic/Nationalist Garvaghy Road area of the town of Portadown to provide information on their campaign against sectarian parades through their community.

The Connolly Association

Campaigning for Irish re-unification and independence in Britain, defending the interests of the Irish and seeking to strengthen support in the labour movement there for disengagement from England's oldest colony. Publishes a monthly newspaper, the Irish Democrat.

Troops Out Movement Home Page

The Troops Out Movement is a British-based organisation, made up of people in Britain and elsewhere who believe that the cause of the 'Troubles' in the north of Ireland is the continuing British presence there, both military and political.

The Pat Finucane Centre

Based in Derry, Ireland, the centre advocates human rights and encourages political development and social change in Ireland which it believes can only succeed within the context of active self determination involving all the Irish people. The site includes In the Line of Fire, a report on events in Derry after the siege of the nationalist community in Portadown.

Irish National Caucus

The INC is based in Washington, DC and believes the U.S. has a vital role to play by showing consistency in its foreign policies towards human rights in Ireland. They oppose the subsidy of anti-Catholic discrimination in the six counties and have campaigned since 1984 for the adoption of the MacBride Principles.
