Vincent Donnelly was arrested in London in March 1976. Charged with conspiracy he was sentenced to Life imprisonment. He is a native of County Tyrone and is now 54 years of age. Vincent too has a long history of being ill-treated while in prison, he has in all spent several years in solitary confinement and had recourse to the courts on several occasions in an attempt to alleviate his condition. Vincent Donnelly is currently held in Frankland prison.
